The Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, the purpose of which is to disseminate information, provide public service and education and promote cooperation and efficiency in the bankruptcy and insolvency fields in the greater bay area. In addition, the forum offers networking opportunities among members. Membership in the Bay Area Chapter includes membership of the California Bankruptcy Forum.
